Bright Horizons Chantry Hall Day Nursery & Preschool

Our kids have been going to this nursery for 8 months and they really enjoy it. The staff are dedicated, work very hard and my kids love them. A new manager is in place and is making lots of improvements.

A fantastic Nursery that places the education and wellbeing of its children first and foremost. Extremely kind and professional staff who provide a real age-appropriate education. Highly recommended.

I received the WROST Service form the deputy manager over the phone, she couldn’t even speak clearly when I visited the nursery I meet the manager and deputy and it was not satisfying they both were very unprofessional. The deputy needs to take lessons in English

Bright Horizons Chantry Hall is really absolutely fantastic. We also know the parents of three other children who go to the nursery and it came highly recommended. We moved our son to this nursery (from another nursery in the area) and the difference in care could not be more stark. Our son comes home in the best mood, dancing, cuddly and happy - very different from his last place. We've been really pleased with the communication from all the staff, in particular the deputy manager Michela and our son's key worker Frederica. I would highly recommend this nursery.
