My daughter went to this nursery for more than a year. She loved the food and the teachers there. Unfortunately I had to remove her because I felt she was not safe. The management is very poor, directors don't want to talk with parents (unless you leave them a bad review) and the manager replies I received when asking for help were negative and defensive. I had only two observations in more than one year. I saw children going to the potty and they were dirty and full already. I saw staff members giving candies to children. I found them allowing children sliding down a wooden board in the garden and in the rooms and witness my little one geting hurt while I was there at pick up. On one occasion my daughter had her hair cut because staff forgot to put away the scissor after an activity. The turnover is high and this is one of the many red flags I had there, they rely on agencies and ask often to keep your child at home without giving you your money back. On the last two months she was there nobody told me who was her key person. I would suggest to all the parents to check the news related to this nursery before even considering to send your child here. Also, al least 3 of the current (positive) reviews left here are made by staff members.

Clearly overrated. They don’t allow to come in adult with children so children wouldn’t be so stress first day. In fact baby stay alone with new people from very first minute. No adotptation period at all. That’s what exactly happened with my son. They called me after 2 hours whilst baby where crying there and as soo. We come they started on us and told that they must raise concerns because baby tried grab adults necks. How silly should be person working with child to be unable understand that baby tries get on hands because of the stress… and best they did. Waited 2 hours of panic and then told us that we are bad parents and they will raise concerns about us. Anyway on other nursery we had two ladies home visit to play with baby so he would remember key worker and after that short session in nursery with mama before he felt fine there and only after he stayed half day and later full days. Raise concerns about yourself for being so stupid and unprofessional. My so. Wasn’t let mamma go alone even in toilet for 2 weeks after your professional babysitting … mopets
