Bright Horizons Burgess Hill Day Nursery & Preschool

My daughter has been there since 9m old and she is now in the preschool room. She has loved every day at nursery and has so much fun. The staff their are amazing, always friendly, helpful and caring. The rooms, toys/equipment and outside areas are lovely. Managers are great and always happy to help. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone with a little one knowing they are going to be well cared for and safe. They are also great with allergies, medical issues and food handling. It will be sad when she has to leave!

Bright horizons has been the best move we made with my daughter, in other nursery settings she has gone from a very shy little girl, always sitting on the outskirts and watching others to this nursery where she really getting stuck in. She always talks about how much she likes nursery and her friends there as well as her key workers and other staff. She has an allergy and they have dealt with it very well. The staff are always so kind to myself and will always keep me updated with her progress and what I can do to help her progress more, she’s very very happy here.

Definitely recommend this nursery. My daughter absolutely loves it there and the staff is great.

This nursery is second to none. My daughter loves going! The staff are all very welcoming, friendly, enthusiastic and attentive. My daughter is always so happy when we pick her up and loves telling us about her day and what she’s done. Hands down the best nursery in Burgess Hill.

My son is going from 11 months old. He is well adjusted and we get to know what they have done at the end of the day. Staff is very good

I am writing to warn other parents how uncaring and unprofessional Bright Horizons has been regarding a payment made by us but not received by Bright Horizons as we weren't notified in a timely manner. Bright Horizons have now hired the services of a debt collection agency and this is causing unnecessary stress to us. The costs of the nursery is for a fortnight services booked for childcare but charged for a month !! . Despite all of our efforts we are still working with our bank to locate the funds. Bright Horizons head office is unwilling to cooperate as they are better placed to contact the unlawful recipient which is very disappointing !!. My review should not be mixed up with the fantastic teaching assistants who work there but instead is against the way the management works and treat parents. We have been nothing but transparent throughout this process but if Bright Horizons was caring and showed some empathy they would have gone the extra length by contacting the unlawful recipient to track the funds !but they decided not to do so ! Therefore, to all parents out there please be aware !
