Montessori Bilingual School La Cambre

Wir haben diese Schule für unsere Tochter wegen ihrer Zweisprachigkeit ausgewählt, als wir nach Brüssel gezogen sind. Wir waren und sind absolut zufrieden mit der Schule. Die Fürsorge und Aufmerksamkeit die Flavia während der drei Jahre an der Schule erfahren durfte, haben uns begeistert. Die Lehrer haben mit ihrer ruhigen Art einen sehr liebevollen Umgang mit den Kindern. Flavia ist an der Schule aufgeblüht und konnte Ihr volles Potenzial ausschöpfen. Die Schule hat schöne, helle Räme und einen grossen Garten, der rege genutzt wird. Wir waren sehr traurig, als die Kindergartenzeit zu Ende war.

Cette école est extraordinaire, ma fille y a passé trois années très heureuses, et maintenant qu'elle est en primaire, son ancienne école lui manque tellement! Une équipe qui pratique la pédagogie Montessori et qui croit en ses valeurs. Un cadre exceptionnel dans une maison de maitre rénovée avec gout, et un immense jardin. Une communication fluide et transparente. De l'amour, de l'attention et beaucoup de joie 💕💕

I think this is really a perfect place for a toddler. Teachers are amazing, always caring and respectful. The garden is superb and the classrooms are beautifully decorated and set, with plenty of good quality Montessori materials. My daughter spent three years there.and she was incredibly happy. We loved the atmosphere and we felt immensely grateful and confident that she was in good hands. Children learn rules here with a non-authoritative approach, so they do not feel suspected or menaced, but really guided and supported in their development. The only downside for us was that afterschool care was not offered for Wednesdays afternoons, nor for school holidays. So if you consider applying, I would recommend to find alternatives for those moments, if needed, or check if hopefully this has changed.

Lovely small school. Our daughter daughter started at 2.5 and stayed for 4 years. We chose it for its size, the amazing garden - the kids are out daily - and the fact that it's bilingual French-English. Teachers are kind, child-centered, yet making sure that everyone is respectful to one another. They help children to develop independently their skills at their own pace, giving them confidence and pride in their achievements. We were sad to leave and keep fond memories.
