My 2 young children have been attending this centre for close to 12 months now and it has been a warm, welcoming, educational experience. The Educators at Beenleigh Montessori are very knowledgeable and professional and have even taught me what my children are capable of. Children are amazing at learning and the Educators here are skilled at understanding and building around their interests and also applying the Montessori way of learning to their day to day lives.

I regret to say that my experience with Beenleigh Montessori has been extremely disappointing, primarily due to the inadequate management. Firstly, there is a glaring issue with maintenance; essential repairs and fixes are often delayed, jeopardizing the safety of the children. Despite repeated requests, management consistently fails to address these concerns promptly, showing a lack of regard for maintaining a safe environment. There are constant destructive behaviours observed, such as children hitting staff members, yet management merely gives a side-eye and fails to provide the necessary support. This neglect not only disregards the well-being of their employees but also overlooks the child's need for additional support and guidance. Furthermore, it's alarming to note that management's form of discipline often involves yelling at the children, which not only fails to address underlying issues but also contributes to a hostile and ineffective learning environment. Additionally, the management's refusal to support and assist their staff is concerning. Instead of fostering a supportive work culture, they not only permit employees to speak ill of each other but also engage in gossip and speak negatively about other employees to their staff creating a toxic atmosphere. Additionally, witnessing management yell at children and adopt a hostile tone with their staff is deeply unsettling. Such behaviour not only affects morale but also raises serious doubts about the competence and professionalism of those in charge. The passive-aggressive behaviour exhibited by management towards their staff is unacceptable. It undermines employee confidence and contributes to a hostile work environment. No workplace should tolerate such unprofessional conduct from those in leadership positions. During my resignation process, I attempted to address my concerns with management by asking if they would like to discuss the reasons behind my decision. However, I was met with indifference as management outright dismissed my concerns, showing a lack of professionalism. On my final day, instead of fostering a respectful atmosphere, I overheard her speaking negatively about me to other staff in the staffroom, and she conspicuously avoided any interaction with me, displaying a clear sense of malice. This behaviour contradicted her earlier claims of being on good terms, further highlighting the lack of integrity within the management. Further more, there are concerning reports that management has engaged in unethical practices, such as allegedly incentivizing parents to leave positive reviews by offering to waive fees. If true, this behaviour not only violates ethical standards but also potentially breaches legal regulations, undermining the credibility and integrity of the childcare centre. There also claims that the centre has been under probation a few times, exacerbating concerns about its operational integrity. In conclusion, I strongly advise parents to reconsider enrolling their children at Beenleigh Montessori until significant improvements are made in the management and overall environment of the facility.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Montessori Daycare, Beenleigh. My child attended this daycare, and I must say, the level of incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff is utterly appalling. During a routine drop-off, I was subjected to verbal abuse and harassment by another parent, right in front of the staff. Despite my attempts to deescalate the situation, the staff did nothing to intervene or diffuse the tension. This lack of action is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment's management. Furthermore, I am deeply disturbed by the racial discrimination my child endured at this daycare. They were repeatedly targeted and bullied by three children of color, with no intervention or disciplinary action taken by the staff. The fact that such behavior was allowed to persist is absolutely reprehensible and speaks volumes about the toxic culture fostered within this daycare. Additionally, the staff's handling of the situation only exacerbated the problem. Instead of addressing the root cause of the issue, they chose to ignore it and sweep it under the rug. This blatant disregard for the well-being of the children under their care is nothing short of negligence. In light of these egregious incidents, I can no longer trust Montessori Daycare, Beenleigh to provide a safe and nurturing environment for my child. My child no longer attends this daycare, and I urge other parents to reconsider entrusting their children to this establishment, as their safety and well-being cannot be guaranteed. Overall, my experience with Montessori Daycare, Beenleigh has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. They have failed miserably in their duty to protect and care for the children in their charge, and I will be seeking alternative childcare options for my child moving forward.

I am a father of a 2 young ones that attend Beenliegh Montessori childcare, and I have to say I couldn’t be happier with the service provided from the ladies there. Our kids feel at home when they walk in those doors and the level of trust we have for the environment and staff, as parents makes our busy lives that much easier. They deal with any incidents with a great level of respect for the kids and and for us as parents. I’m a Concreter and I think these ladies have the toughest job going, but the professionalism and family culture created at Beenliegh Montessori is undeniable. I’d highly recommend any parent to check the place out and have a chat to Mandy if they looking for a new daycare, and for the price compared to other daycares, it’s a no brainer for my partner and I. Thanks Mandy and crew.

My son first started attending this centre since he was 3 yo and his siblings also attend this centre, it is a great centre and close to home, they offer competitive fee rates. My kids have made many friends since being here and they have all grown up together which is great to see.
